Level One - 10%
We will help you to put together an advert, advising you of the best way of promoting your company and vacancy and place it on national and local web sites. We will then put together a shortlist of CV's that match up to your job and candidate specification and email them over to you.Level Two - 12.5%
For this service we will do all of the above and, in addition, conduct an in-depth telephone interview, probing the candidate on their employment history and personal information. We will ask specific questions based on your criteria and then send you over any CV's that match up to your requirements along with a summary of the telephone conversation. Some companies prefer for us to use their own material, so if you would prefer you can email us a list of questions you would like us to ask and we will put together a template with questions and answers and email an individual copy for each candidate along with their CV.
Level Three - 15%
In addition to all of the advertising and selection process in Level One we will also included a face to face interview with the candidate. Again, should you prefer we are happy to use your own interviewing material.
Some of our clients prefer the interviews to be held on their premises to allow them to meet the candidate at First Interview stage and some of them like to do the interviews together with ourselves. You will find us very flexible: this is your recruitment campaign and we are happy to assist you in anyway we can.
