We start by doing an individual assessment of your staff where we will investigate their strengths and weaknesses, as well as assessing their learning style - the type of training which is most likely to achieve results for a particular individual. Once completed, we will present you with the results and give you a summary of the training we feel the employee needs. At this stage you can either deliver the training yourselves or we can put together a training program and deliver it in-house on your behalf.
